Orange and Leek Salad (Sallatë me Portokall dhe Presh)
Clean the orange and leek well and slice into thin rings.
Place the first 3 ingredients in a large bowl salad. Toss with olive oil and lemon juice right before serving.
Season the salad with salt and garnish with parsley. Ready to serve.
